What does the festival pass cover and how much does it cost?
Every festival pass grants complete access to all six National Design Forums and curated exhibitions at Jawahar Kala Kendra.
Pricing Structure (All Inclusive of GST):
• Regular Attendee: 1-Day Pass: ₹500 | 2-Day Pass: ₹1,000 | 3-Day Full All-Access Pass: ₹1,200
• Student Pass: 1-Day Pass: ₹200 | 2-Day Pass: ₹400 | 3-Day Full All-Access Pass: ₹500.
Can I buy only a workshop, or only Pink Noise?
No. Everyone attending a workshop or Pink Noise needs a festival pass. The checkout adds it for you, so you make one payment.
I already have a pass. Can I add a workshop later?
Yes. On the passes page choose "I already have a festival pass" and enter your mobile number. You pay only for what you add.
Can I book for friends?
Yes, up to six festival passes in one order. Each person needs their own pass, and you can add Pink Noise or workshop seats for each of them.
Can I book two workshops at the same time?
Not for the same person. The checkout stops you when two workshops clash.
What is the refund and pass transfer policy?
Festival passes are non-refundable once purchased. However, passes are 100% transferable to another colleague or friend up to 24 hours prior to the festival (until 15 Nov 2026, 10:00 AM) by contacting registration support. If any workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizers, a 100% full refund is issued for the workshop fee. Read our full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
