1. Introduction & Organizer
Jaipur Design Festival (JDF) is an initiative conceived and organized by the Association of Designers of India (ADI) Jaipur Chapter, hosted at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur from 16 to 18 November 2026. By accessing this website or purchasing a digital festival pass, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Festival Admission & Entry Gates
- Admission to festival venues, keynote forums, and exhibition galleries requires a valid digital pass with an unscanned QR code or an official festival wristband.
- A 1-Day Pass is valid exclusively on the specific calendar date selected during registration (Mon 16 Nov, Tue 17 Nov, or Wed 18 Nov).
- A 3-Day All-Access Pass is valid across all three festival days.
- Re-entry is permitted throughout the day provided the official attendee wristband remains intact.
3. Student Verification Policy
Student passes are heavily subsidized to support emerging design talent. To be eligible for entry with a student pass, attendees must carry and present a valid original student photo identity card issued by a recognized school, college, or university at the registration desk. If a valid student ID is not produced, the attendee must upgrade to a regular pass at the physical box office.
4. Workshops & Masterclasses
Workshops have strictly capped capacities (typically 15 to 25 seats) to ensure hands-on mentoring. Seats are allocated on a confirmed registration basis. Participants must arrive at the designated workshop room at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may forfeit their bench allocation.
5. Code of Conduct & Venue Respect
JDF is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive festival environment free from discrimination and harassment. Attendees are expected to respect master artisans, speakers, volunteers, and the historic cultural architecture of Jawahar Kala Kendra. Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
6. Media, Photography & Recording
By entering the festival grounds, attendees grant the organizers permission to film, photograph, and record their participation for non-commercial documentation, educational archives, social media highlights, and post-event festival publications.
