• Professional / Academic Background: College name or organization, profession, and student ID (for student category passes).
• Booking Details: Pass types selected, festival days, and workshop reservations.
• Transaction Records: Razorpay order ID, payment status, and timestamp.

3. How Your Information Is Used

• To generate and deliver your digital QR pass via WhatsApp and Email.
• To verify admissions at Jawahar Kala Kendra registration desks and workshop halls.
• To notify you of important schedule adjustments, weather advisories, or venue guidelines.
• To provide customer support and process pass transfers or eligible refunds.

4. Payment Security (Razorpay)

We do not store your credit card, debit card, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers. All digital payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway utilizing industry-standard 256-bit encryption.

5. Zero Sale of Personal Data

We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your personal contact information to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or list brokers. Your information is accessed solely by authorized festival production staff.
