Cancellation & Refund Policy

All festival passes (1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Full Festival Passes, Regular and Student categories) are non-refundable once purchased. Because ticket revenues directly fund festival pavilion setup, venue bookings at Jawahar Kala Kendra, artisan honorariums, and materials preparation, cancellations requested by attendees cannot be refunded.

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend the festival, your pass is 100% transferable to any friend, student, or colleague at no additional cost up to 24 hours prior to the festival opening (until 15 November 2026, 10:00 AM IST).

In the unlikely event that a specific hands-on workshop or masterclass is rescheduled or cancelled by the festival organizers (e.g. due to facilitator illness, natural exigencies, or schedule adjustments), registered participants will be offered a choice of:

• An alternate workshop seat of equivalent value on the festival programme, OR
• A 100% full refund of the workshop fee, processed automatically back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

All digital transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. If your bank account or UPI wallet is debited but you did not receive a confirmation pass due to network drops, or if an accidental duplicate charge occurs:

• Razorpay’s automated reconciliation system automatically identifies orphaned debits and initiates a reversal to your account within 5–7 banking days.
• You may also email your bank transaction UTR or Razorpay Payment ID to info@jaipurdesignfestival.co for immediate manual confirmation and pass generation.

If the festival dates are adjusted or rescheduled due to state directives, public safety regulations, or acts of God beyond reasonable control, all registered passes remain fully valid for the newly announced dates.
